Sometimes you just need a sticker with a code on it to stick on a box.
1. Prepare Data
Just one column: Code.
- Values:
1001,1002,1003...
2. Layout
- Use small, high-density labels (e.g., 80 per page).
- Avery 5167 (Return Address size) works well for small barcodes.
3. Design
- Delete everything else: Remove text boxes.
- Add Barcode: Expand it to fill the entire label space.
- Text: Decide if you want the human-readable numbers. If the label is tiny, turn "Show Text" OFF in barcode properties and add a separate text box with a bold font for better legibility.
4. Verify
- Scan the First, Middle, and Last label of a printed sheet to ensure the print quality remained consistent and scannable across the page.
